• Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before their scheduled arrival for a full refund.

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date or in the case of no-shows.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2–3 business days and credited to the original payment method within 7 working days (subject to the bank/payment provider’s policies).

• Standard check-in and check-out times are mentioned on the listing page. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
