At CozyCave, we understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
 
Cancellation Policy
• Guests can cancel their reservation up to 7 days before their scheduled arrival to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
• To cancel your booking, please contact us through any of the following channels:

Refund
• Once a cancellation request is received, refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days.
• The refunded amount will be credited to the guest’s original payment method within 7 working days of processing, depending on the bank/payment provider.
• CozyCave is not responsible for any delays caused by the guest’s bank or payment provider.
 
Important Notes
• No-shows will be considered cancellations made within 7 days of arrival and are not eligible for a refund.
• Any booking modifications (such as date changes) are subject to availability and CozyCave’s approval.
