What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We offer self check-in with door codes, so late-night arrivals are never a problem. Early check-in is subject to availability.

How do weekly and monthly discounts work?

Discounts apply automatically based on your stay length: 5% off for 7+ nights and 7% off for 28+ nights. No code needed, and you'll see the discount in your price breakdown before paying.

What documents do I need to check in?

Indian guests need a government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport or Driving Licence) for every guest, as per Indian regulations (PAN card is not accepted). Foreign guests need a passport, valid visa and travel details. Corporate bookings can be invoiced with GST.

Is housekeeping included?

Housekeeping is available on request at an additional cost that depends on the property type (Studio, 1BHK or 2BHK). Just let us know and we will arrange it.

What is the cancellation policy?

For short stays (under 30 nights): cancel more than 10 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 5 to 10 days before for 50%, and under 5 days before for no refund. Long stays (30+ nights) are fully refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 15 days before check-in.

Can I get a GST invoice for corporate stays?

Yes. Add your company's GST details during booking and a GST-compliant invoice is emailed automatically after payment.

Is Cozy Cave the same as CozyCave?

Yes, Cozy Cave and CozyCave are the same company. We are CozyCave Hospitality LLP, and our serviced apartments in South Bangalore are booked at cozycave.in.
