CozyCave is a hospitality startup based in Bengaluru, founded in 2023 and incorporated as CozyCave Hospitality LLP. We operate sixteen serviced apartments across the city and we are still growing.
We started with a simple belief: that staying away from home should not mean giving up the comforts of one. Hotels can be impersonal and restrictive, with no kitchen, no space to breathe, and no sense of belonging. We set out to offer something better, fully furnished serviced apartments that feel like a real home, run with the reliability of professional hospitality.
Today we operate sixteen apartments across Bengaluru: seven of our own in South Bengaluru, and nine more that we manage on behalf of other owners. Six of ours sit in Nisarga, our building on the northern edge of Dorekere lake in BHCS Layout 2nd Stage, Uttarahalli; the seventh is a balcony flat in a quiet BDA layout pocket of Banashankari 2nd Stage. We are actively adding to both.
Most operators our size rent their software. We wrote ours. Guests book direct on cozycave.in at 5% below the listed rate, let themselves in with a door code, and receive a GST invoice automatically after payment. The same system runs our housekeeping rounds, our guest messaging and our review follow-ups, which is how a small team looks after sixteen apartments without anything falling through.
Every CozyCave apartment is individually furnished, professionally cleaned, and equipped with everything you need from the moment you walk in: a proper kitchen, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, fresh linen, and a team that is only a WhatsApp message away.
Our guests are business travellers and project teams, families relocating, professionals on long deputations, parents visiting students at PES University a few kilometres away, and anyone who simply wants more space and warmth than a hotel room can offer.
